With increasing focus on the 'E' in organisations' ESG policies, we created this Assessment to give companies oversight & insight into the environmental health of their supply chain.
The IETP Environmental Assessment (EA) is an efficient & cost-effective tool allowing companies to measure & track the environmental impact of their supply chain based on a broad range of environmental metrics.
The Assessment is applicable to any industry - and can be easily implemented allowing you to showcase what you are currently achieving while providing a clear roadmap for improvement and measurable over time.
The Assessment can be used as a stand-alone program or integrated into a Buyer's existing Environmental initiative and is a great place to start in advance of any potential sustainability legislation changes. The EA allows you to get a true snapshot of your entire supply chain and can also be combined with our Factory Certification Program or Social Impact Assessment.

Connect Platform
The Connect Platform, developed by IETP, is an effective, easy-to-use responsible sourcing management system where members can source & qualify new suppliers, view labor standars audit reports, analyse supply chain data, download custom Worker Helpline analytics, and now, review completed Environmental Assessments. All Connect Platform benefits are available to Members at no additional cost.
For non-IETP members, fee-based Environmental Assessment access is available.
Our Connect Platform enables manufacturers, brands and retailers to share, monitor and manage ethical supply chain information quickly and easily.
The Platform provides tools to drive transparency, increase efficiency and reduce costs in your responsible sourcing program – helping you manage supply chain risks and protect your corporate reputation.
Reporting & Evaluation
Once a supplier has completed the Environmental Assessment process, an icon will appear on the supplier's Connect page. Any buyers connected to the supplier can request access to review and download the completed Assessment and Summary Report.
For non-members, limited access to the Connect Platform will be available to request & review completed assessments.
Buyers can track which of their suppliers have completed the Assessment and download reports which can be integrated for internal & external reporting.
