IETP has developed, and continues to develop, a number of Worker Well-Being programs, these needs-based programs consider the actual needs of supply chain workers and provide solutions to alleviate or resolve the challenges found.
Our Worker Well-Being programs produce measurable benefits for both Workers and their factories. We report tangible data taken from factory management and workers illustrating achievements including; increased employee-management trust; increased worker retention,; increased worker satisfaction; and many more KPI's.
Our Worker Helpline was established over 12 years ago, and has proved to be an effective grievance mechanism for thousands of front-line workers in factories in our program. We are a constantly evolving program and have since developed worker voice technology to provide a user-friendly, quick and easy method for workers to alert us of any mal recruitment practices, share their grievances and feedback on the conditions of their workplace and employment.

Our Migrant Parent Training Program helps workers build stronger relationships with their left-behind children. The training workshops provide practical tools to lessen the burden of workers’ separation from their children, helping parents come to terms with the separation from their children, educating parents on how to provide support for their children and how to handle conflict remotely and giving practical guidance on communications skills supplemented with tools and activities to strengthen the parent-child bond.
Family-Friendly Spaces reunite domestic migrant workers with their children in the summer months, by creating safe, secure, and well-equipped childcare facilities at factories for children to learn and play while their parents focus on work. After-School Centers are an all year round childcare solution for working parents. Similarly to our Family-Friedly Spaces program, these centers are safe, secure, and well-equipped childcare facilities at factories for children to learn and play while their parents focus on work.

Our Gender Equality Program has been developed in direct response to needs found in factories.
For more information on this program, please contact us.
We provide you with trusted assurance and confidence that the products you sell have been made ethically, respecting the workers making them and are compliant with legal social requirements. We are the only program that goes beyond audit to close out any non-compliances before Certification is issued.

The Social Impact Assessment is a remote tool that companies can use to measure the effectiveness of their management systems, safeguarding worker well-being and workplace conditions.
It is a non-category-specific self-assessment designed to verify a supplier’s capability to manage labor standards in their facility or in their supply chain. Social Impact Assessment program includes separate assessments for your direct manufacturers and both indirect/direct vendors.
This low-cost program consists of a self-assessment questionnaire and an independent evaluation call with an IETP assessor. Following this, the supplier will receive a verified score from IETP and a tailored corrective action plan.
The program offers two types of Assessment; for Direct Manufacturers; & for Licensees, Vendors, Agents. Please see below for more information on both types of Assessments:
The Connect Platform is an effective, easy-to-use responsible sourcing management tool from IETP – exclusively available to our members.
Our Connect Platform enables manufacturers, brands and retailers to share, monitor and manage ethical supply chain information quickly and easily.
The Platform provides tools to drive transparency, increase efficiency and reduce costs in your responsible sourcing program – helping you manage supply chain risks and protect your corporate reputation.
IETP has developed an Environmental Questionnaire for suppliers, to give Buyers greater oversight into the environmental impact and practices of their Suppliers. The Questionnaire covers a broad range of environmental areas and can be used as a stand-alone program or integrated into a Buyer's existing Environmental initiative.
We have developed a diverse program providing factory management & workers with the tools required to promote gender equality in the workplace. The program can be delivered in two ways:
1. Standard Training Program
Available to all factories via Handbook, Webinars & E-Learning
2. Custom Training Program
Tailor-made program available based on factory's individual need.
IETP has on-the-ground teams where your suppliers are, identifying non-compliances, providing corrective action & training to close them out.
Constantly expanding database of certified factories, allowing members to quickly identify new manufacturing partners.
IETP helps manage your compliance program, freeing up resources for your company.
Maintaining compliance monitoring helpline in factories with personalized analytics available through the Connect platform.
